Injectable Medication Administration

All active students are eligible for assistance with injectable medication administration intended for self-administration. Students may have up to four nurse visits for teaching and guidance on how to self-administer injectable medication. Student participation in the medication administration process will increase with each visit, with the ultimate goal of self-administration. If students need additional support with self-administration, they will be offered referral to appropriate resources.

Students who would like nurse assistance/training with their injectable medication should have their provider complete the following administration form:  Injectable Medication Order
